Rocket CorVu is professionally presented to your organisation through the Rocket CorVu menu which can be customised to seamlessly integrate with your intranet.  Rocket CorVu provides you security to control the distribution of reports to people, so sensitive information can be managed but still presented through the same interface.  Corporate and departmental KPI’s can be displayed on the menu to provide a quick glance to how your area is performing.  You can click on these KPI’s to drill through to reports to analyse information further.  The menu can be totally configured to your business structure making it simple for people to find the reports they need.

 

Dash Board Reporting

Rocket CorVu has a very powerful Dashboard reporting functionality, clearly highlighting areas of concern that require immediate attention.  Graphs (Pie Charts, Line and Bar graphs – amongst others), Reports and Alerts can be combined into your Dash Board to provide a comprehensive high level reporting system for all areas of your organisation.  Any of these reports can be static or can be set up to link through to detailed reports which allow you to analyse information in more detail. 

Board Reports and Management Packs

Rocket CorVu has the capability to stream line your Month-end, Board and Management Reporting requirements using CorPortfolio so that information can be presented to management quickly and professionally. Traditionally, preparation of these reports is a time consuming tasks and is usually performed by senior people in the organisation, such as accountants and business analysts. CorPortfolio is a desktop publisher that is simple and intuitive to use, providing the capability to automatically collate and publish periodic reports. The time saved to prepare these reports is considerable and therefore allows senior people to concentrate on analysing and managing, rather than collating and manipulating information.

 

Graphical Data Analysis

Graphs allow people to interpret information quickly and they can come to a conclusion far easier than data that is presented to them in a tabular format. This makes graphs ideal to show trends and present high level and summarised information. Tabular Data Analysis

As with Rocket CorVu’s Graphical functionality, Rocket CorVu provides similar capability with presenting and analysing data in tabular format. Rocket CorVu has extensive, yet intuitive functionality to report data in tabular format, which can be summarised to any level by Row or by Column, with comprehensive drill down capabilities.

 

Report Integration

Rocket CorVu Tabular reports have a unique functionality to pass parameters from one report to open a new, usually more detailed report using these parameters.  In the following example Supplier Spend is summarised to a Supplier level, but it doesn’t show what details make up this spend.  A drill through has been set up on Supplier to open a detailed report when the user clicks on the icon next to the Suppliers Name.
